Exam Marking
The examiner will mark against a set of criteria. Primary is marked out of 80 and all of the other grades out of 100. These are then converted into a percentage.
These are sent to head office to be moderated and processed. Several weeks later the teacher is sent a list of the scores and certificates. Primary will receive a medal each in addition to their certificate.
If you would like to receive your results by post, please bring in a stamped addressed envelope and we will post it as soon as we here any news. Results will be given during class or emailed if in a holiday.
In summary :
40 - 54% Pass
55 - 74% Merit
75 - 100% Distinction
